Welcome! My name is Terri Kapetanovic, an experienced nurse entrepreneur passionate about empowering nurses to forge their paths in business. After successfully running and selling my healthcare staffing and consulting company, I'm dedicated to supporting the next generation of nurse business ownership and entrepreneurs.

With over three decades of experience in healthcare leadership and business, I understand firsthand the challenges and rewards of building a successful nurse enterprise. My journey began in 1990, following years of experience in hospital settings and managed healthcare. I saw a gap in the DC metro area market: there was no specialized temporary or direct hire staffing solution for managed care companies and hospitals seeking experienced nurses in case management, utilization, and quality review.
As the company grew, services in consultation and education were added while continuing to build a corporation that grew from a one-woman operation into a thriving business. Along the way, I continued going to school, earned a PhD in Nursing, and continued to teach nursing students in areas of leadership and organizational thinking.
